Our community has been very hard hit by the coronavirus. We’ve all needed to make drastic changes to adapt to the new reality.
We have always maintained the most stringent sterilization standards on all materials that come in contact with our patients. Since the outbreak of the virus, we have thoroughly reviewed all protocols to ensure utmost safety of our patients and staff, and believe our office to be a very safe environment for any dental procedures.
However, we strongly support recommendations to limit all non-essential contact to prevent the spread of the virus in our community. We believe the next few days and weeks will be absolutely critical to help contain the virus. We therefore encourage all of our patients to avoid leaving their homes as much as possible, even if it is for the very important maintenance of dental health. We will be rescheduling all non-emergency appointments until the situation allows it.
We are also working on delivering virtual emergency care to our patients.
If you are having a dental emergency, we may be able to diagnose it remotely with the help of modern technology, without you leaving your home.
Some dental conditions must be treated immediately, while others can be managed with medications, or may not need any treatment at all.
We will try to do as much as possible remotely, to help you get through these difficult times. If you are having a dental emergency, the quickest way to get in touch with us is by texting to (914) 600-5141, or visit our DENTAL EMERGENCY page. Please be sure to tell us your name and the nature of your emergency. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
We hope you don’t need us during these trying times – but if you do we are here for you.Stay healthy and stay safe.
